
Vincent Tabone
Vincent Tabone has advised multi-billion dollar enterprises with interests in real estate including Cricket Wireless operators, Big Deal Supermarkets and chains, handling specialized transactions and acquisitions and routinely drafted and negotiated all manner of correspondence. Provided property management and lease administration services for 43 Cricket Wireless locations. Vincent Tabone negotiated contracts of sale, leases, licenses, and all other instruments and advised on real estate development projects including land use and business issues. Served a liaison for outside experts. Interacted with investors, affiliates, potential deal partners and acquisition targets. Coordinated with Architects and Engineers and oversaw Project Management. At the State of New York Insurance Department Liquidation Bureau Mr. Tabone oversaw asset management and claims adjudication and reinsurance commutations and contracting matters and asset disposition for 63 insolvent insurers. Assisted with successful sale of Interboro Mutual, oversaw all leasing and real estate dispositions and drafted “request for proposal” and offering circulars and contracts and service agreements. At the New York City Economic Development Corporation as Vice President, Real Estate Development managed economic revitalization and preservation projects from the initial request for proposal (“RFP”), to closing and “ground-breaking.” Mr. Tabone analyzed proposals, drafted legal documents, presented at public hearings and negotiated final terms, maintained extensive interactions with elected officials, lawyers, architects, contractors, government agencies, and the general public, handled multi-million dollar real estate transactions throughout the five boroughs, served on a number of Mayoral and Queens Borough President taskforces, represented EDC at the Queens Chamber of Commerce and managed budgets of a number of local development corporations. Received a Juris Doctorate at NYLAW where he received a merit scholarship. and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Baruch College. While attending Baruch Mr. Tabone worked full time at a contractor to the SEC where he served as Director of Research and conducted informational seminars on how to utilize SEC documents as research tools. Mr. Tabone has served as a founder or advisor to various small businesses and startups including Certified True.
